I returned a purchase and due to an employee’s mistake on my initial purchase the employee doing the return said they couldn’t refund my entire purchase and the majority would have to be provided as a store credit even though I made the purchase with my credit card. They blamed the system and said it’s a UK issue and to go through the UK if I wanted it resolved.
