Upon entering the store no staff was available. I shopped on Monday evening on 01/29 at around 5:30pm. I looked around for a bit and then seen where the coats were that I was looking for. There was a hispanic woman who seemed to be in charge gathered by the register talking with staff members. Even though i was only within a few feet of them no one greeted me or asked if i needed anything. I was there for about 15 minutes and tried on several coats and then finally asked someone for help. He couldn’t find my size so i then started trying on a different style i liked and asked another employee for help with my size. He wasn’t kind nor did he have good customer service but he helped (sarcastic and reluctantly). Finally i got to the register to pay.. fast forward i get home and realize an alarm is still on my coat. If the customer service wasn’t so terrible and I wasn’t ignored the whole time this wouldn’t have been as bad but by this time i was really annoyed. I returned the next day to have it removed and 3 employees were standing by the front entrance (again the woman who seems to be in leadership) and never even said hello. I will never return to that location
