This was my first and only time ordering from Superdry. I received my package quickly but due to the courier service the packaging and its contents were damaged and unusable. I spoke with 3 different customer service ladies before getting one who helped me and then had to pay an additional $6.95 to return the item. I would not recommend buying from the online store and just shop the actual storefront.
