Received an email from them it says item has been shipped but as per UPS the item is not in their possession yet and it needs clearance information. UPS intiated contact but SUPERDRY hasnt responded. I keep tracking the shipment everyday but the status hasn’t changed. The item is not moving. I don’t know when will I receive it.
