I tried to exchange an item, however was told they didn't have my size in stock so gave me a refund. Their website says they had inventory on my item, but since I bought it on Balck Friday, the item would now cost 40%. They refused to price match despite it being an obvious error and would only provide a smaller discount. I ended up paying 20% more for the item plus shipping each way. Truely unfortunate customer service experience for what seems like a nice product.
