If I could give this company a zero in my ratings that would be it. I was expecting my order on November 1st. My delivery was rescheduled by courier to November 2. I still have not reviewed my package. I could blame the courier. However, after contacting Superdry to tell them that I have not received my order they have asked me to walk around my neighborhood and question my neighbors on whether or not they received my pack and whether or not I have doorbell camera in my area. I don’t have time to do such things and that’s not my scope. I did however accommodate their request. To my neighbors dismay. Now my neighbors look at me with disgust as if I am accusing them of stealing my package. That’s to superdry and ups because what I need is neighbors that don’t like me. They still have not replace or refunded my items. Instead they are now asking me to investigate with ups. So needless to say my experience with ordering from this company has it been pleasant. Sorry
