I bought my jacket online and I go in the store to return in for a smaller size to fit. There’s only one store in Chicago… I go all the way to the store just to be told I can only return in. I can’t grab the size I want from the store because of logistics , so I gotta order it all over again and do the process all over again. Superdry get it together because I just wasted my money , time and energy. You need to get better at communicating that you can’t do online exchange with in store products …
