I placed an order and after i did checkout i realized that i did a mistake on my delivery address and i immediately sent an email to the customer service telling them that i did this and this now here is my correct delivery address and no one responded back to me then when i got an email thay my order has been dispatched i had to go again to the customer service platform i had to try to talk to the live consultant who then told me that someone spoke with mw and they told me that they cannot change the address yet i waited for more than 5 days and during that period no one communicated with me, I do shop with superdry but this was such a disappointment i had to ask for a refund and they told me that they will refund my delivery fee of which till today i didn't get... my wardrobe is superdry but with the service i got i got so so disappointment i think on your online shopping you should give people and option to correct the address other than to email you guys and you don't respond on time...Now i cannot purchase anything that i wanted i cannot find my sizes and the 30% off promotion is no longer there, I tried to purchase some few shirts i cannot find my perfect size ....
