The 2 stars are for store manager David Santana. He was amazing, if not for him I’ll post 0 stars. I purchase a few items online. I needed to exchange each item for a bigger size. He took the time to explain and help me with my return/exchange. I reached out to customer service in regards to how to proceed with trying to exchange or return and a prompt auto msg is sent w instructions. I reach out 3 separate times and to this day they have yet to answer any of my concerns or questions.Thank you Mr. Santana
