The customer service is awful, clothes, fabric, style are amazing, BUT customer service sucks! I made an order a April 1, i received on April 5th, some of the products are too big, so I wanna exchange them for a down size. No customer service over the phone, the only way is by email and It takes 14 days to respond, the worst, the return policy is 30 days. How can you return/exchange between 30 days, if nobody return an email, neither customer service number. Can someone explain me why this company does not have a customer service over the phone to process exchanges / returns asap?
