Emailed Superdry about an order nearly two weeks ago and have had no response. Shipping now costs (most competitors do not charge).I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars with Superdry over the years but there is no sense of appreciation, acknowledgment or benefits/perks, I feel like the company needs to acknowledge frequent shoppers and provide them with some value add or at the very least dedicate some of their customer service to high frequency customers
