Order SUPERDRYUS5148242 shipped in February was incomplete and had one damaged item. Customer Service phone number leads to a message that the phone number is no longer used as a customer service tool and to use email or chat. Two emails to customer service unanswered. Customer service “chat” option not launching form any of the many devices I’ve tried. Love the product, but the back-end service is the worst I’ve experienced in the modern age. Really disappointed that I’m forced to come to terms with not getting this resolved. I won’t be back.
