I returned two shirts due to size issues in December 2022 (a Christmas gift for my nephews) and have yet to receive my money on my credit card for one of the returns. I received an email stating your company received my 2 returns. Being these were gifts I had to go ahead and purchase 2 more shirts from your company to replace the 2 that were returned as my nephews where wanting them as these were their gifts. I did not want to give your company any more of my money honestly, but I had to do the right thing for my nephews. I was stuck because these were Christmas gifts. I have reached out by email SEVERAL times and nothing has yet happened. There is NO where to call and speak to someone directly. The worst experience of my life. I am now out $35 because of this whole mess and your company made off by me purchasing 3 shirts in total (the 1 shirt your company did give me credit). I will never buy here again and will also share my experience with many others.
