Processing and shipping take too long. On average, they take 2 weeks for my orders. Exchanges take a long time too. My return was received on Dec 30. Today is Jan 9 and my exchange still hasn’t been processed. Wish there was an option for faster shipping. Also packaging could use improvement. My first order came in a paper bag that was not sealed properly so the item was exposed. Second order came in a box that wasn’t taped securely so the tape was coming off. This is the last time I’m ordering from Superdry.
