Frustration Customer Service System

Placed an order since Dec 22nd, 2023. As Jan 6th, 2023 still not receive shipment. In between, I tried to reach customer service three times. First times, told me they can’t do anything about non-moving shipment and told me reach back few days later. It’s frustration experience when I need assist from customer service. Waiting for an hour until a real live human response and can only do a little. The agent spoke with me didn’t aware the previous conversation. She simply repeat the first agent’s words. With my case, agent told me will try to replaced order and if it can’t be fulfilled they will refund. Reasonable, but I am not happy with it. After all, I indicated more than one times that I rather receive my order than refund since I reached out at first time. The live agent not even look into the situation and find alternated solution.I love Superdry’s design and vintage quality. However the customer service quality is almost equal 2/10 to me. Waiting too long to reach out robot like human agent.
