The worst customer service ever, no respect, not responsible & no response. I made a purchase on 12/14/2022 & I didn't receive it yet. I contacted superdry via chat & they didn't do anything then I contacted UPS and they said the package was lost!! They advised me to contact Superdry again, I did send 2 email but no response & I tried to chat with Superdry but no chat option appear anymore.
