It was always easy to place orders and we used to receive our orders not too long. I understand it is a very busy time of the year but I still have to receive any updates on my order from December 3. I emailed customer service on Friday, Dec 16 and I am still waiting for their reply. The one that needs to be changed is that on the orders list under account, it only states the date and that is it. It would have been helpful if there is a way of tracking it too from the orders/purchase list in case the receipt email of orders is not available.
