Shockingly poor customer service on a mis-shipped package. If your shipment goes to the wrong address, you’re just out of luck (and the cost of your order). They say they can’t stop an order that was placed 8 hours previously from shipping, and despite what the rep I chatted with said they ship without a signature required so your shipment won’t be returned to sender if the person that receives it decides to accept it and treat themselves to some free sweaters. Oh and I never got a response to my email inquiry. I’ve owned dozens of garments from Superdry through the years but will never make another purchase from them again. Way to lose a formerly loyal customer, guys.
