Quality of items is great. However, customer service is bad. No phone number to contact, chat never works. The only available option to contact customer service is via email; you’ll be lucky if someone responds to you (3 emails over a week period of time and no response).I wanted to like Superdry, however, I’ll take my business somewhere else
