For some reason, my old address autopopulated even though I made a purchase recently. I ended up paying with PayPal. Usually there’s a screen that allows you to confirm the details of your order. When I clicked purchase on PayPal, my order processed and is to my old address.Within 5 minutes, I reach out to customer service about the address. 2 days later I get a response saying my order has been dispatched. I get automated email from superdry to confirm my order and it states to make changes to the address if needed. I reach out again and the customer service states it’s too late since it’s already dispatched. Later that day, I then get an email saying my order has been dispatched. Unorganized.
