The staff was incredibly rude! I had a birthday coupon I wanted to use and the staff rudely stated I couldn't use it with my purchase. I said, "well, this coupon says I can use it in stores". And the employee just said, "well, you can't use it."She was just horribly rude. I also needed help to get a fitting room and no one offered to help so I just tried to find an open one. Definitely a decline in service from before.
