Complete order not received! I received part of my order in one box and several random items that I did not order in a second box. The rest of my order is missing - about $2,000 in merchandise. Looks like the warehouse put my shipping label on the wrong box. Can't call anywhere to get help. Have to wait in queue very long time to chat only to be told to send email. People in the stores are great but on-line ordering is often a problem and Customer Service is non-existent.
