I ordered a shoe online and I received it in a timely manner which is good. However, the shoe I received appeared to be used. The shoe was dirty, the soles were dirty, there was hair and dust stuck to the bottom, and the sides of the shoe were scuffed. On top of that, I ordered a US size 8 and received a pair where the left pair was size 9, and the right pair was size 8. There was no way I could have worn or kept the shoe. It was quite a disappointing experience given that it was my first time ordering from this brand. I had contacted customer service about it and I didn’t receive any compensation for the inconvenience. I was just instructed on how to get the return label. So I didn’t really feel that customer service was good either.
