I am a faithful superdry customer. I recently purchased the Arizona flat forms for my vacation. These are my 3rd pair of superdry pool slides and to my dismay this is the 3rd time the shoes have started to deteriorate in the span of a week. By the 2nd day of wear my gold foil band on my flatforms started to lift and peel away. By the end of the week the rubber band under the foil had separated from the shoe and was flapping on the ground when I walked. I am very upset because this isnt the 1st or 2nd shoe that your company has made that was faulty. My other slides began to chip, bubble up and on 1 the strap began to separate shortly after purchasing. I have been a patient customer but at this point it is no longer by chance and I must express my anger and frustration.
