I lost my package from the online order , ups delivered to the wrong person and I contacted 3 times the customer service through chat and once by email No resolution. Ups open the case and i asked superdry c/s to contact ups as they asked sender to contact them … still nothing So now I have to pay for the product cause some stranger signed for the delivery lolYou once had a great customer serviceSo Disappointing
