I ordered a parka jacket and when it got deverlied the fur trim was missing . Very disappointed cause it was the first thing I ever ordered from them . Also I couldn’t contact an office for a simple ask if they have the fur trim they could of mailed to me instead I had to do the whole return thing . I will spend my money somewhere else where they check what they pack . Show how little care they have for your customers.
