GREAT quality, but HORRIBLY incosistent sizing and POOR return policy for sale items..

Been a Superdry customer for many years. The designs are fantastic, quality is top notch. Where Superdry falls short though is the wildly inconsistent sizing. I have many t-shirts from Superdry ranging in size M to XL--with all the same dimensions. My most recent order was two hoodies and a zip-up track jacket, all ordered in a size L. The two hoodies were >at minimum< two sizes bigger than the same size track jacket, if not 3 times as big. The bottom of the hoodies was halfway to my knees! I returned them both to get different sizes. Obnoxious inaccurate sizing has been a CONSTANT issue with Superdry clothing for many years, forcing me to do a LOT of returning/exchanging. The size charts listed on the listed items are practically worthless since they often do not match up to the actual product. This in turn has a HUGE effect on another problem--TERRIBLE "no return/no exhange" policy on sale items. If I buy a M t-shirt on sale that fits like a XL, that shouldn't be MY problem--that is a QC issue on behalf of Superdry. But I would be stuck with that item because of this awful NR/NE policy. Buying sale items from Superdry is a huge gamble for this reason alone. Absolutely zero excuse to have a NR/NE policy on ANY item for a clothing company as big as Superdry, and especially when they have incredibly inaccurate sizing problems.I have emailed before about the sizing problems, including pictures comparing two or three items from the same order with wildly different measurements--but the same size on the tags. I received a snarky response with zero accountability, saying that "different materials used that can cause this"--which of course, is insultingly ridiculous. I can think of NO OTHER CLOTHING COMPANY, from small-batch boutique clothiers to large-scale manufacturers, that have this problem with sizing. If I order a M from Abercrombie, I get an item that fits like a M. If I order a M from Ralph Lauren, I get an item that fits like a M. If I order a M from Superdry, the item might fit like a M...or maybe it will fit like an XS...or maybe an XL. Awesome designs, but LOTS of back-and-forth buying/returning/buying/returning.I can also think of NO OTHER CLOTHING COMPANY, from small-batch boutique clothiers to large-scale manufacturers, that have a NR/NE on sale items. NONE. LOVE the designs. LOVE the variety. LOVE the quality. HATE the sizing problem. HATE the return/exchange policy on sale items. I love clothes and easily spend $1K+ a month on clothing, but those two negatives are definitely enough to keep me from buying MUCH more from Superdry, and why I spend most of my money elsewhere.
