Bait and Switch Return Policy

I bought a jacket from them in a size medium for myself, and upon arrival it does not fit. It is grossly undersized for a medium, feels like it’s made for a 13 year-old child. This is the only jacket, hoodie, button-up that I’ve ever owned that is so minuscule in said size.Now this wouldn’t be a big issue at all if I could return it like the site says so with their “Free Returns” policy. Upon going to their returns portal to start a return, it says that this item is not eligible for return due to being a “Final Sale” item. Absolutely nowhere did it state on the item’s page that it was a final sale item - not in the description, title, pictures, not even in the confirmation email I received. It actually said right on the jacket’s page that it’s “Free Delivery & Free Returns”. I would post the screenshot on here for all to see, but I don’t have the option to.I already sent customer service an email regarding the issue along with a screenshot of the jacket’s page and where it claims “Free Returns” on 1/20 and have not received any reply as of today, 1/23.This is a complete bait and switch, you cannot claim you have free returns, then drop the ball and say it’s a final sale item when I try to return it.I hope to actually hear back from someone regarding this issue.Update: 1/25, have not received a response via email or on here. I have sent a 2nd email.Update: 2/1, still have not received any response after 3 emails.12 days later and it looks like I’m out of my $66 at this point.“Customer service” doesn’t give a rat’s ass about answering, clearly.I absolutely do not recommend you shop here, you’ll regret it.
