Ordered a coat online that was either stolen or never delivered. Reached out to customer care where I had to go through multiple emails and had to deal with at least five different people. In the end they finally replaced the coat but sent me the wrong size. There’s no phone number to talk to a live person and I’ll now have to try to exchange in store because I can’t deal with anymore emails. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the store.
