Purchased a jacket during a Black Friday sale. The jacket was too small so I arranged to exchange it for a larger size. At least that’s what I thought I confirmed. I realized through an automated email that I was receiving a refund of the discounted price with no mention of an exchange. No response to my reminder request that I wanted an exchange. If I wanted the jacket, I would have to buy at full price. Yeah, yeah, boo-effing-hoo. Just don’t scam me thinking I can return and exchange at the same discounted price. I did purchase the jacket again because I liked it that much but will not be buying through Superdry again.
