I purchased pants that did not fit and I needed to return them. When I tried to process the return on line it said not eligible for return. Turns out the item was on sale but still cost 50$. I reached out to customer service and they arranged for me to get my refund. I was extremely grateful and will be using superdry again. If they had not refunded me, I would never visit that store or website again, which would have been upsetting because I do love the sweatpants. Thanks again!
