Not a great experience. Online portal behaves weirdly sometimes and because of that I placed the same order 2 times. Customer care is also very slow and there is no customer care number to reach for US people. Chat is also useless, not much of help. Returned few items recently but didn’t receive the full amount. Trying to creat return for few items but the return portal is not allowing to creat a return label. Overall a very bad customer experience
