I like superdry jackets but this is the worst experience I’ve had with them. I think the fact that there is no clear line of communication for customers. The only email line communication sucks, they don’t rely to every thread and respond whenever. I ordered a coat it wasn’t what I thought so I sent it back this is early December. They got the coat back and I still don’t have my refund as of January 5th. Y’all are ridiculous. It makes no sense.
