I ordered something in store for home delivery. First, I know there must be something wrong with Superdry’s online systems. It’s impossible to order anything online without getting errors. I’ve tried different payment methods and browsers..nothing. I drove to a store to see if they could order it for me. Once that was done I received no updates for days regarding order. Finally I’m told my order was canceled and I’m getting a refund. You can see why this is frustrating? I’ve seen multiple negative reviews about superdry service and lack of honesty regarding deliveries on social media. Also, I waited over an hour to chat with someone online. How’s that possible for a big brand store? I was told my order was damaged? Or lost.. I like superdry products, but I’m weary of purchasing online again. And i don’t believe I’d drive to a store just to order something online for delivery just for it to get cancelled a 2nd time.
