I order prior to the Christmas delivery deadline. Waited for it to be shipped from the warehouse. I got a tracking number and everything but tracking never left their warehouse. I waited a week to see if anything would change and it didn't. I reached out to customer service. They told me my package got lost and they had already refunded me. Checking my bank statements they didn't refund me. I wrote back and they did not help me. I'm angry they never sent my package out, didn't let me know package was lost, and they lied about refunding me. I will never reorder from the site again. It's a nightmare and they give excuses and then just ignore your replies
