I placed an order during the Black Friday sale. I was excited to receive my order, but Instead I received an email saying I was refunded for “returning the items because they did not fit.” This was not true, since I never even received my order, therefore never even got to see if it fit or not. This is ridiculous and disappointing and makes me not want to order from here again. When I emailed about it they said it got lost in transit therefore returned to sender. I never got offered anything to make up for it, not even to pay what i had originally paid during the sale. Horrible experience.
