I ordered the motto racer jacket on Thanksgiving for my son as a Christmas gift. On Dec. 6 I was sent an email that it just shipped out. On Dec.11 th I received a return confirmation for the order saying it didn’t fit. The amount refunded to my credit card was 265.97. The jacket costs 379.95. I never received the original order, so therefore, I never could have returned it. I wrote a number of emails about this to get it sorted out, but didn’t receive a response. I just reordered the same jacket yesterday and am keeping my fingers crossed I get it in time for Christmas.It is frustrating because I can’t call you from the US and I get no response on your email site. The jacket I want is black XL Moto Racer Jacket.
