I ordered 2 jackets on Black Friday for my husband for Christmas. One arrived, and the other is still not here. I’ve been checking shipping updates regularly, and cannot understand what is going on. Just recently I saw that the jacket was returned and refunded; I would assume something you did on your end without any word on why you did it. Was it out of stock? That was the first and the last time I order from you. Horrible online service.
