I made a purchase and waited for my package to arrive. After several days of waiting for my delivery and tracking showing my package in England, I received an email stating my package was returned due to sizing issues and my money was refunded. I never received my package to be able to return anything. I tried countless times to contact someone at Superdry about my issue. I called the help line, emailed , Facebook messaged and even tried to call the store located in the king of Prussia mall and was unsuccessful in all of my attempts to speak with someone. I had to then make my purchase yet again. All while never receiving the 10% off I was emailed when joined the emailing list. Overall, while I enjoy the quality of the brand , I am not at all satisfied with customer service and my online experience.
