I rated one star, because of the Customer Service did not answer any of my calls and the package I received was not complete. I placed and paid for 7 items, but when I received my parcel I only got 3 out of 7 items from my order. The total purchase was $180.00 US and till now, I am not able to reach your customer service representative. I feel very disappointed how I am not able to communicate with any of your representative. The service that I received from your Company is the worst and I am not going to order from you guys anymore.
