I ordered a navy blue bomber jacket that was supposed to come with fur around the hood. That's the only reason I brought the jacket. Some kind of way it was shipped with no fur for the hood which I see is detachable but now instead of just sending the fur they want me to return the jacket that will probably take 2 or 3 weeks for them to get and who know how long to get the correct one back. By the time I get what I paid for it won't be cold anymore. I usually like shopping with Superdry but I think customer service is terrible you can't even talk to a live person everything is automated. I will just go to the store for now on.
