I love Superdry and recently bought 2 coats from the Woodbury outlets. I ordered a 3rd coat online in the Black Friday sales - which has never arrived. The tracking says it was delivered 4 nights ago at 8:20pm. It was not there - we immediately checked outside and there was no parcel. We we security cameras up as well and none of Them show an mailmen delivering parcels, I am sad because it was a gift for my daughter. And I cannot reach a person who can help me at Superdry. Everything is through online help bots. It’s frustrating haveing to spend so much money on a gift she really want and the for it to be delayed and the. Delivered to the wrong address. I would respectfully request a full refund so I can buy her something else before Christmas.
