I am submitting a one-star review because I ordered a size us 4 in a jacket and when received it was a size 8, the package that it was put in with a paper bag that was split open and re-taped when I went to customer service the only option was to chat and it took 2 days for someone to respond to me I had already submitted a return via Intranet and when I went to select the size it came up as a size 8 not a size 4 which means Superdry intentionally meant to sent me a 8 instead of a 4 hopefully I receive a full refund no deductions I do not suggest this to any of my friends and or colleagues. Very unprofessional
