Original order arrived quickly, returned the following day for a larger size exchange. Unable to contact by phone - message said phones no longer manned. unable to get a response on FB, eventually got a response through email stating the order would be dispatched immediately and be with me shortly. I waited until after thankgiving because I expected that to cause a delay. Again, unable to get anyone to respond until today - 12/1 - to tell me the order had been cancelled. This is unacceptable - almost 3 weeks after order was placed and still no refund on card.
