First off, I would like to say that I was very satisfied with my online shopping experience with Superdry. The website was easy to navigate and user-friendly. Sometimes with shopping online, any given product’s physical appearance differs from the display photos on the website because of different variables such as lighting, filtering, and settings on the device used to access the website, but that wasn’t an issue with Superdry. I’d say that’s the biggest plus with shopping online at Superdry. I ordered the cream colored vegan basket lux low trainers and I can say I’m a big fan of the brand from this experience. However, I rated this at a 4 due to the fact that Superdry currently does not ship to Guam. I placed this order at a convenient time when I happened to be stateside, but was disappointed when I learned that Guam is not an available shipping destination. I feel that if the brand opened up options to order online or maybe even open a store there, it would benefit the brand greatly, considering that Guam has a notable Asian-centric tourism industry. The quality of the products of the brand speaks for itself, and I have no doubts of a brand like this succeeding in an endeavor to open up an avenue in Guam. Other than that unfortunate shipping unavailability, I would rate my experience at 5 stars. Looking forward to seeing if the brand will undertake the opportunity to expand its horizons. Cheers.
