No response from the customer help center at all until more than a day later. That is, there is no way I can cancel the purchase at all except the cumbersome returning process for international shipping. Even though I contacted the team literally only a couple minutes after the checkout. This is a substandard practice of business that I have never experienced from at least one of the relatively well “known” clothing sellers. This type of suspicious /questionable pracrice drives away customers. I will never buy any products from this unethical business which essentially disables cancellation even after just a few minutes of hitting checkout button, where obviously they lied about the shipping. Or, just absolutely and recklessly negligent service in customer help/service system.
