I ordered a pair of shorts via Superdry's website. I ordered the same size as my last pair of Superdry shorts. The new shorts were delivered but the sizing was not the same as my older pair. These new shorts fit one size smaller. It was easy to return the new shorts, but I made a mistake! My order of record in your system said my new shorts were a size ten. I thought that was a mistake because I didn't notice on my new short's paper tag that they were US size 6 and UK size 10 ! I sent the shorts back and then emailed Superdry's customer support. Thank you for making it easy to find the right email address. Thank you for the free return via the UPS label.James emailed me right back stating that I would get the right size--US 8 and UK 12. I received a confirmation email super fast from Superdry saying this same thing.I love your clothing! Thank you for making such well made and stylish women's clothing and for having super excellent customer support.
