I found it very difficult in getting answers from their on line customer service. There wasn’t an (800) phone number to get in touch with a live representative if you have an issue with your order. I had ordered a white vintage hoodie and whoever packed the sweater left an uncapped black marker in the package and it marked/stained the sweater. That was my experience and that alone just made me rate this company a one star rating.
