Horrible experience inside the store at King of Prussia Mall. I could not find my size so I decided to order from in store and have the correct size delivered to me. The manager was super rude. I had to wait for about 5 minutes for her to come over. Another 5 minutes for her to find the correct hand device and since the items was a special, I had to buy each item separately at full price which was pointless in the sale. I asked for a discount since it was a inconvenience and I had to pay full price for each item so I could get the sale. She said NO because if the items was in store I would have gotten the sale since it had to be placed online because they was out of stock in my size it was nothing she could do. Which I feel like was BS.
