I ordered few T-shirts from superdry, they emailed me that it was shipped, but they didn't, cause i was not able to find that tracking number any where in the world. it showed shipping handled by UPS, but ups never will have that kinda awb number, it always starts wit 1Zxxxxxx. I have repeatedly sent email to superdry customer care to resolve my problem but they have not yet helped me out. The only choice left is I am gonna Charge back my hard earned money from the bank. That's the only choice left, and i will wait till Monday and then i will do that. I am very much dissatisfied. was a terrible experience.
